Apologies, there will be no classes on Monday June 9th and Tuesday June 10th.
I will offer a Flow to Calm make-up class on Friday June 13 from 10–11am.
All classes are booked online

*Book classes at least 2 - 3 hours before start time. If no one books the class, it is canceled.
*Book a class, you will receive a Confirmation Email.
*Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before start of class
*Unable to attend your booked class? Cancel online up to an hour before class or cancellations fees may apply. If you are unable to cancel online, please contact me via email, phone, or text.
*Before leaving for class, double check class has not been canceled.
*I do hands-on assists during my classes. If you prefer not to receive them, please feel free to let me know at the beginning or anytime during class.
*It is your responsibility to check with your doctor on your do’s/don'ts when practicing yoga.

I found this studio about a year ago and so happy I did. Shana offers a wide variety of classes for all levels. She's a great instructor and I have really enjoyed her classes. I highly recommend ZinZen Yoga.
