Medical Clearance
It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor regarding any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. A doctor’s clearance letter may be required before participating in class.
Book in Advance
Please book your class at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled start time. Classes without bookings will be canceled.
Booking Confirmation
Once you've booked a class, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your inbox to confirm your spot.
Arrival Time
Arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins to settle in and prepare your space without feeling rushed.
Cancellations
If you're unable to attend your booked class, you may cancel online up to 1 hour before class starts to avoid cancellation fees.
If you’re unable to cancel online, please contact me via email, phone, or text as soon as possible.
Check for Updates
Before leaving for class, double-check that the class has not been canceled—especially if you were the only one booked.
Hands-On Assists
I offer hands-on adjustments during class to support alignment and enhance your experience. If you prefer not to receive them, just let me know before class or at any time during the session.

I found this studio about a year ago and so happy I did. Shana offers a wide variety of classes for all levels. She's a great instructor and I have really enjoyed her classes. I highly recommend ZinZen Yoga.
