Do you offer PRE or POSTNATAL YOGA or ADAPATIVE YOGA?
No, I do not. If you are looking for Pre- or Postnatal Yoga or Adaptative Yoga, I recommend contacting
YOGA Well & Fit -Elaine Rakosky 210-363-9080
I am new to yoga. What should I bring to class?
Yoga mat, a water bottle and towel (optional). I have a few yoga mats and other props at the studio if you are not ready to purchase a yoga mat.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely in and out of poses. An example would be leggings or shorts, and a somewhat fitted shirt/ tank top.
I am not in shape. Could I still practice yoga?
Yes. It is important to know your body and know your do’s/don’ts--Ask your doctor if you have any restrictions when practicing yoga.
What if I’m not flexible?
Flexibility is not a requirement. Yoga is a good way to increase strength, flexibility and overall well being. The most important thing is to listen to your body, not force any of the poses, and take breaks when needed.
Is there an age requirement to practice yoga at your studio?
Our minimum age requirement is 14-years old. All minors (under 18) must have a parent waiver signed prior to practicing (the parent or guardian must sign the waiver in person at a studio). Ask your doctor if you have any restrictions when practicing yoga.

You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class. After this cancellation window, your account will be assessed a charge.
Do you offer hands-on assists during yoga class?
Yes, I do hands-on assists during my classes. If you prefer not to receive them, please feel free to let me know at the beginning or anytime during class.
At the end of each class, a cloth lightly misted with essential oils will be gently placed over your eyes during savasana, accompanied by a brief head massage. If you prefer not to receive one, simply place a block on the floor above your head before settling in.
