I found yoga in 2015 after dealing with running-related injuries. It bloomed from a curiosity into a passion for better overall body balance. I love helping people discover the benefits of yoga and nourishing their mind, body, and spirit, so I became a certified teacher. My motto is "You Do You!" because each one of us is unique. I strive to create a safe, fun, and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. More of my favorite activities include working out, running, hiking, and jet skiing. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children along with hanging out with friends. Inhale Love ~ Exhale Gratitude

Yoga with Shana is a bright peaceful spot in my week. She is a fabulous teacher, supportive and caring. Yoga has kept me flexible and strong, a plus for an 80 year old woman!!
