My journey with yoga began in 2015, after struggling with running-related injuries. What started as a simple curiosity soon became a true passion, as I discovered yoga's power to bring balance and harmony to both body and mind.
To deepen my understanding and share this incredible practice with others, I pursued my yoga certification. My personal motto is "You Do You!", because I believe everyone’s journey is unique. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable space where people of all backgrounds can explore yoga at their own pace. I’m passionate about helping others experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
Beyond the mat, I enjoy staying active through workouts, running, hiking, and jet skiing. When I’m not teaching, you’ll often find me reading, catching up with friends, or spending quality time with my husband and our four children.

Yoga with Shana is a bright peaceful spot in my week. She is a fabulous teacher, supportive and caring. Yoga has kept me flexible and strong, a plus for an 80 year old woman!!
