Gentle Yoga Flow
A slower paced class focusing on poses that fit our bodies, alignment, balance, and breath. Starting with a warm up, we'll move to standing poses then to prone, seated, and supine poses. If you're new to yoga, this class is for you.

All Levels

Flow to Calm
Combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga. First half of class, we warm up and slowly "flow" through standing poses with the breath. The second half of class, we move into mainly seated postures with passive, static holds.

All Levels

Dynamic Hatha
This physically challenging class will strengthen and elongate the muscles while improving posture. Class starts with a warm-up then we will flow through a set of postures. We end on the mat for seated, prone, and supine postures.

Intermediate/Advanced

ZenSculpt
This class integrates light hand-held weights with yoga to tone, strengthen and balance the body. Try this fun and effective way to stay fit through a mindful yoga practice.

(Must provide own light weights.)

Intermediate/Advanced

Yin Yoga
You'll hold passive, static poses from anywhere from 1-5 minutes. This targets the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.  NOTE: Plan to workout before this class. It's recommended to wait at least 2-3 hours after Yin to do strenuous activities. More Yin Yoga?: Wait 12-24 hours after class.

*At the end of each class, a clothe misted with an essential oils mist

will be draped over your eyes during savasana along with a quick head massage.
